I am Dr. Suna Atayurt,
founder and managing partner of the HuntingBrains Group and a passionate headhunter at Sentos Consult Executive Search.
During my doctorate in business administration in collaboration with the Procter & Gamble Company, I started my own business in the field of identification and direct approach over 20 years ago. In a personal interview with interested candidates, your personnel consultant checks the desired requirements in coordination with the cultural fit and makes a qualified pre-selection for you. You will receive a detailed candidate report including the candidate’s own CV and references. We remain in coaching until the employment contract is signed. For the purpose of possible reference checks, moderation of the parties or desired personality assessments.
